Hello Providers,
We have some exciting news at Maine Immunization Program! We
now have the ability to send reports to vaccine coordinators (primary and
backup) via email. You will be receiving your site's 2018 Threshold Allowance
report with your site’s 5% preventable wastage allowance by the end of
April. The quarterly reports that you have historically received in the
mail will now be sent out by email as well. The quarterly reports include the
Vaccine Usage Report that has your site's distribution, all wastage, and
preventable wastage as well as your Quarterly Immunization Rates Reports. If you prefer the reports sent through mail or have any questions, please
contact Valerie MacKenzie at Valerie.MacKenzie@maine.gov.
