The Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) would like to provide an update on the billing code 97532, Development of cognitive skills to improve attention, memory, problem solving within Section 68 Occupational Therapy Services and Section 85 Physical Therapy Services. As of January 1, 2018, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has eliminated code 97532 for billing.

OMS has identified G0515 as the appropriate replacement code for this service. This code is active and ready to be billed. Thank you for your patience in this process.
