KEPRO: Atrezzo Update for Children’s Targeted Case Management & Children’s Behavioral Health Homes
Effective November 1, 2017, KEPRO, in coordination with the Office of Child and Family Services, will add the CANS assessment to Atrezzo for Section 13, Targeted Case Management, for children submissions and Section 92, Behavioral Health Homes, for children submissions. The CANS assessment will be added as a separate required questionnaire in the Atrezzo portal.
The completed CANS assessment will be required to be entered into Atrezzo at each continued stay review. Entry of the CANS into the Atrezzo portal will replace provider entry of the CANS into the EIS system effective October 31, 2017. A copy of the questionnaire will also be located on the KEPRO website at www.qualitycareforme.com.
A conference call will be held on October 25, 2017 at 2PM to review the process change.

Crossover Adjustment Claim Overpayment, TR 72093
An issue has been identified where some crossover adjustment claims are creating duplicate payments. This happens when the original claim is not detected in the system; therefore, it is not reversed. This results in an overpayment. We are working to correct this issue and will notify you when it is resolved.
