Survey Closing for Hearing and Vision Services Providers

The survey for hearing and vision providers is closing on Friday, 01/08/2016.

All hearing and vision service providers should have received an email asking for participation in a four question survey. If you did not receive the email, then we do not have a current email address for you. Please contact Derrick Grant for the survey link. Your feedback is important to us.

The 127^th Legislature passed LD 649 Resolve to ensure that MaineCare-eligible children have equal access to dental, hearing, and vision services providers. The resolve directed the Department to identify disparity in access, impediments to access, and options for equalizing access to these services. Stakeholder input is critical in gathering accurate information.
