Maine Public Hearings on Lobster Draft Addendum XXVII

The American Lobster Board at the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) has approved Draft Addendum XXVII for public comment. Maine has scheduled three hearings to gather public input on Draft Addendum XXVII, which considers measures to increase protection of the Gulf of Maine/Georges Bank (GOM/GBK) lobster spawning stock.

Public Hearings:
There are three public hearings scheduled in Maine, including two in-person public hearings and one webinar public hearing.

Tuesday, March 7 from 4:00-6:00PM
- Freeport High School (in Cafe space); 30 Holbrook St., Freeport, ME

Wednesday, March 8 from 4:00-6:00PM
- Webinar public hearing. Click HERE to register for the Maine webinar hearing, and select the March 8 date from the drop-down menu. Hearings will be held via GoToWebinar. Please note that in order to comment during webinar hearings you will need to use your computer or download the GoToWebinar app for your phone.
