Notice of Comment Period for 2023 Limited Purpose Aquaculture (LPA) License Renewal

The Department of Marine Resources is accepting written comments on the proposed renewal of LPA
licenses in Maine waters until December 19, 2022. To be renewed, LPA licenses must continue to meet
the provisions of DMR Rule 2.90 and 12 M.R.S.A. §6072-C.
