DMR Announces the Following:

GROWING AREA CLASSIFICATION NOTICES:

There are no new notices at this time.

BIOTOXIN NOTICES:

The Maine Coast is precautionarily closed to the taking of mussels, surf/hen clams, razor clams, European oysters and carnivorous snails due to the risk of seasonal contamination by naturally occurring marine biotoxins. Exceptions to this closure are defined in the legal notice text and are subject to strict sampling requirements that ensure the safety of harvested product.

FLOOD NOTICES:

There are no closures at this time.

CONDITIONAL AREA NOTICES:

Rainfall areas WG (CA2-CA4), WJ (CA1 and CA6), and WS (CA1 and CA2) are closed. WG (CA2-CA4) and WJ (CA1 and CA6) will reopen effective 00:01 hours, May 14, 2021. WS (CA1 and CA2) will reopen effective 00:01 hours, May 9, 2021.

WWTP areas WI (CA1-CA3, CR1) is closed. These areas will reopen effective 00:01 hours, May 17, 2021. [CA.pdf]
