POLLUTION AREA NOTICES:

There are no new notices at this time.

BIOTOXIN NOTICES:  

Area No. 64-A: A precautionary mussel, all clam species, all oyster species, carnivorous snail and whole or roe-on scallop closure in a significant portion of Frenchman Bay has been implemented due to an increased risk of contamination by naturally occurring marine biotoxin (ASP). This closure is EFFECTIVE AT 21:00 HRS, OCTOBER 16, 2020. [64-A.pdf]

FLOOD NOTICES:

There is a flood closure from Martin Point (Friendship) to the Weskeag River (S. Thomaston); eastern Penobscot Bay from Sawyers Point (Cape Rosier) to the Deer Isle Bridge and south and west of Black Point (Deer Isle) including the northern and eastern shores of Islesboro, North Haven, and Vinalhaven; and from the Union River Bay to the Rt. 3 bridge in Trenton. CONDITIONAL AREA NOTICES:

Rainfall Area No. 30-I is closed and will reopen effective 00:01 hours, October 22, 2020. Areas No. 21-C, 21-E, 26, and 27 are closed and will reopen effective 00:01 hours, October 26, 2020.
