The Department staff's recommended decision (in the form of a proposed Board order) on Nordic's Site Location of Development/Natural Resources Protection Act (Site Law/NRPA) application is available for public comment. Under provisions of Chapter 3, 27(B) of the Departments rules, the draft decision must be made available for comment for at least 15 working days. In this instance, comment will be accepted for 30 calendar days. The deadline for comment is Monday, October 5, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
