Public Hearing and Public Comment Session, Dyer Long Pond Water Level

The Department of Environmental Protection will conduct an adjudicatory hearing (or public hearing) regarding the establishment of a water level regime for Dyer Long Pond located in the Town of Jefferson. This proceeding is being initiated as a result of a single water level petition filed with the Department and signed by 35 littoral/riparian owners (petitioners) along Dyer Long Pond.
