Climate Adaptation Planning Program

Applications for the Maine Farmland Trust Climate Adaptation Planning Program are being accepted through November 3.

Growing out of the Maine Soil Health Network pilot, the Climate Adaptation Planning program is a three-month program to support farmers in developing holistic climate adaptation plans by identifying and prioritizing potential strategies, setting short, medium, and long-term goals, and connecting with experts and other resources.

Once complete, farmers can apply for a $5,000 mini-grant to implement their plan.
