New Submission Portal for Positive Identification of Treatment Sites

Effective January 30, 2024, the Board of Pesticides Control has amended its Chapter 20: Special Provisions rule to incorporate a policy on the positive identification of treatment sites. This new rule outlines ways in which companies must identify areas they intend to spray and ways in which the board may enforce these rules. The new portal gives companies a chance to submit their methods online.

Companies can visit the Board of Pesticides Control’s website to view the new rule and access the portal.
