Take Flight - with an Imperial Eagle!
Fly with an Imperial Eagle over Dubai in this 5 minute clip by the BBC. Click on the photo or the link below.
I have always been fascinated by flight. As a youngster, I made box kites from newspapers and wooden dowel rods, made Estes Rockets and won for highest flight in a school competition, and I often had dreams of flight - of myself flying over the world. I even got to the point where I could actively direct my dreams and often woke myself up with my own laughter. As an adult, I volunteered on a hot air balloon chase team and was rewarded with free flights, flew a glider in a one-time chance of a lifetime afternoon. I have always loved exploring heights - whether rock climbing or tree climbing. There is the amazing flight of bats, insects, and birds to wonder about! But, rather than getting into flight dynamics today, I invite you to take a 5-minute ride on the back of an Imperial Eagle over Dubai.
