Board of Pesticides Control Request For Additional Public Comments

The BPC is conducting rulemaking to incorporate several amendments to its current rules. The Board is proposing additional amendments to Chapter 41: Special Restrictions on Pesticide Use regarding acreage requirements for purchasing plant incorporated protectants.

Additional comments will be accepted until November 24, 2023 at 11:59 PM. This extended public comment period will give interested parties the chance to give public comment regarding the additional proposed changes. All written comments may be submitted by emailing the BPC at pesticides@maine.gov.
