Dairy Summer Field Day Planned For August 10
This year's Tri-State Dairy Summer Field Day will focus on milk quality. Maine's field day will be held on August 10 at The Wright Place farm at 77 Wright Road in Clinton from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Attendees will rotate between four stations that will focus on proper milking procedures, culturing, housing and environment, and data/records/economics.
Funding for this event is provided through the Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center.
Cost: Free; light refreshments and plastic boots provided, along with water, milk, and cheese
