Board Of Pesticides Control Public Hearing For Upcoming Rulemaking Amendments

The BPC is conducting rulemaking to incorporate several amendments from the Maine Legislature’s first session. The pesticide bills that will require BPC to amend its rules include LD 155, LD 264, and LD 316.

A public hearing is scheduled at the next public board meeting on Friday, January 14 at 9:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. This hearing will give interested parties the chance to give public comment regarding the upcoming rule changes. Additional meeting details will soon be posted on the BPC website.
