The Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and UMaine Extension have created a shareable graphic detailing general guidelines for Pick-Your-Own operations during Covid-19. This can be used in your newsletters and social media to help your customers know what to expect when they visit your farm.
The particular policies on your farm may vary, but the advice we included is based on the Guidance for Pick-Your-Own Operations (PDF) developed by Maine DACF and UMaine Extension. We hope you find this to be a useful tool when communicating the expectations for a safe and profitable U-pick season to your customers.
