Notice of Hearing in Brookfield Hydropower, HP 30, Matter
On October 10, 2018, the Land Use Planning Commission voted to hold a public hearing on hydropower permit application HP 30, submitted by Brookfield White Pine Hydro, LLC, for their proposed Middle Dam Renewal Project (Project). The hearing will be held on March 19, 2019, with a snow date of March 21, 2019, in the Muskie Auditorium of the Mountain Valley High School in Rumford, Maine. The Public Session will commence at 5:00 p.m. See the notice of the hearing for additional details.
