Attention Agritourism Businesses: The Maine Department of Labor has Extended the Application Deadline for the Training Grant Pilot to Tourism-Impacting Employers

Maine Department of Labor has extended the application deadline for the 2018 Youth and Training Grant Pilot Program for the Tourism Industry. This opportunity reimburses employers whose business services impact Maine's tourism industry, when they hire new entrants into the workforce. Reimbursement opportunity is up to $400 each, for up to four eligible new workforce entrants, for wages earned during the first 200 hours the individual worked between June 1 and November 30, 2018.
