Baltimore Convention Center Capital Improvements
The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking a highly qualified Construction Management firm to manage and perform $20 million in capital improvement projects at the Baltimore Convention Center.
The scope of work refers to items from a Capital Improvement Priorities List, and includes deferred maintenance items, design review, logistics planning, cost estimating, bidding, management, project scheduling and execution.
A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., Local Time.
