Two Important Events to Emphasize Our Need to Continue to Improve Public Safety
Dear Prince George’s County Community,
Our ability to be safe in our communities and our homes is vital to every other issue facing our county, from public education to economic growth. If we can create greater opportunities and pathways for formerly incarcerated individuals to thrive in their lives after release, we will greatly reduce repeat offenses and bring our overall crime rate down. And by reinvigorating the partnership between our community stakeholders, public officials, our nonprofit community, and the men and women in public safety, we will build a stronger layer of protection for every neighborhood in our great county. Every child deserves to grow up in a safe community and I will not rest until that is a reality in every corner of Prince George’s County. Please join me at two important upcoming events to highlight these issues advertised below.
