June is Men’s Health Month!
Let's take a moment to highlight the importance of prioritizing men’s health. Not just this month, but year-round. Whether it's getting that routine check-up, staying active, eating well, or addressing mental wellness, taking care of your health is a sign of strength. Our fathers, brothers, sons, and mentors deserve the support and encouragement to live long, healthy lives.
Here in District 9, we remain committed to promoting wellness and ensuring our men have access to the resources they need to thrive. Let’s break the stigma, start the conversations, and lead by example. Stay tuned throughout June for updates on health events and community initiatives focused on wellness and support.
