Hello Neighbors, 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

I am delighted to announce that the residents of District 8 who live within a six-mile radius surrounding the MGM Casino can attend Prince George's Community College TUITION FREE! To date, $2 million dollars has been allocated to the Local Impact Grant/Scholarship Funding at Prince George's Community College just for you and I need your help to spread the word to our District 8 neighbors! 

When the MGM Casino was built, a portion of the gaming and tax revenue was dedicated to the surrounding community through the MGM Local Impact Grant Fund. Those funds had previously been used to make purchases and pay for projects our tax dollars already fund. It has been an honor to strengthen the resolution to include scholarships for free tuition.
