Dear District 9 Community,

The District 9 staff wishes everyone a safe and Happy Easter.

 

The Maryland Governor's recently held a press conference, to provide updated information on the State's response to COVID-19 and plans to cut State government spending. For details, please go to Governor Hogan's Press Conference.

Effective Wednesday, April 15, 2020, County Executive Angela Alsobrooks issued an executive order, which requires everyone who enters a Prince George's County grocery store or while riding on "TheBus" must wear a face mask or face covering. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Center for Disease Control guidance recommends everyone wear a cloth face mask when outside, especially in grocery stores and pharmacies.
