The Prince George’s County Council Committee on Public Safety and Fiscal Management (PSFM) will convene on Thursday, April 2, 2015, at 2:00 p.m.  in Council Committee Meeting Room 2027, County Administration Building, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

April 2nd PSFM Committee meeting agenda items include the following:

1. APPOINTMENT:  Mr. G. Rick Wilson appointment to the Fire Commission for Prince George’s County.

2.  CB-7-2015 - (Turner) An Act concerning Property Tax Credit for Accessibility Features for the purpose of establishing a tax credit for real property equipped with accessibility features.

3. CR-5-2015- (County Executive) A Resolution concerning the Adequate Public Safety Facilities Surcharge for the purpose of approving a partial waiver of the adequate public safety facilities surcharge for all residential units within the mixed-use Carrollton Station Project.

4.  CR-6-2015- (County Executive) A Resolution concerning the rules and regulations governing the implementation and administration of the Fair Criminal Record Screening Standards.

5. CR-10-2015 - (County Executive) A Resolution amending the Salary Plan of Prince George’s County to provide for the continuation of certain military leave benefits.

6.  CB-11-2015 - (County Executive) An Act amending Prince George’s County’s classification Plan to add the Animal Care Attendant class series.
