Largo, Maryland — DPIE has made registering a property that is either in the process of foreclosure or has been foreclosed upon easy and convenient for the mortgage lender. Rather than taking the extra time to write and forward a letter to the Department, just click on the Foreclosure Property Registration link online at: http://pgcwebsitehttp://www.princegeorgescountymd.gov/sites/DPIE/Services/fprf/Pages/default.aspx.

Then simply complete the self-explanatory form by filling in the address of the property (street number and name, city, state and zip code) and noting if the property is vacant or occupied, as well as the property type (single family, townhouse, condo, etc.). Once the information has been inputted, close the link and the information will be added to Prince George’s County’s Foreclosure Registry. It’s that simple and fast!
