March Madness Adoption Update!
Hulk Loves His New Home
We adopted Hulk (formerly Dennis) from the urgent list in March. He is such a good dog. We had to work a bit with him, but he walks so well on leash now without pulling. Hulk is a favorite in our Capitol Hill neighborhood because he is a well-behaved and a good-looking dog. We walk four to five miles daily, and he has become quite the DC resident. He is also very good with our children, who are eight, five, and two years old. We are so happy we adopted Hulk! Thank you again!

Ryder Found a Loving Home
Ryder and I are overwhelmed with gratitude to be the March Madness winners. I will be sure to follow up with what we select at Petco. Here is an update on Ryder, he is actually 2 or 3 years old and a small Poodle/ Shih Tzu mix along with some Yorkie, Chihuahua, and Pekingese. He is also very spoiled and loves strawberries, ground turkey, brown rice, veggies, and apples!

Rayna (A556749) is a sweet girl who eagerly offers tippy tapping while sitting and waiting for a treat. Listed as a three-year-old who has clearly been bred repeatedly, and sadly has many lumps and bumps that will need medical evaluation.
Initially, Rayna (A556749) exhibited uncertainty and preferred to keep her head down, with her nose to the ground. With more time at the shelter, she now seems to have new optimism and is happy to receive human attention.
Rayna (A556749) deserves to learn about love and comfort and put puppy-rearing behind her. She’ll be the sweetest girl once she trusts and fully opens up!
