Today, we are proud to join the nation in celebrating Labor Day! On this day, we recognize and honor our nation’s workforce and their significant contributions to our economy and society. Across our entire nation, people serve in various professions, from teachers and farmers to electricians and construction workers, and Labor Day is a time to acknowledge their sacrifices as well as celebrate their impact.
We want to take this opportunity to thank the entire workforce here in Prince George’s County. No matter what your job or career may be, we want you to know that we recognize your hard work and dedication to serving Prince Georgians and appreciate all you do to support our great County. The work that you do each and every day helps to improve the quality of life for our residents in so many ways, and we are proud to have the opportunity to recognize the critical role you play in our communities.
