Arrowhead Elementary School
Multipurpose Room 2
300 Sansbury Road Upper Marlboro, MD  20772

The Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill in Upper Marlboro has successfully been serving Prince George’s County since 1968. The Landfill consists of two areas, which are identified as Area A and Area B. Area A reached capacity in 1992 and Area B is expected to reach capacity in 2025.

Area C will be constructed between the Landfill's existing Area A and the existing Area B. This project is not an expansion beyond the existing landfill and this project consists of utilizing existing areas within the currently permitted site. This meeting will provide the public an opportunity to obtain information about the proposed Area C Infill Project application.

For further information regarding this notice, to schedule an appointment to review the application, or to request an interpreter, please contact Sara Haile at (410) 537-3315 or sara.haile@maryland.gov.
