 
To better serve our customers, the Prince George’s County Health Department will be transitioning to Momentum, a new online permitting and licensing system. In preparation for our transition to Momentum, all paper and online applications, for the categories listed below, MUST be received by Prince George’s County by close of business October 12, 2021. Any Health paper applications received after October 12, 2021 will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
Beginning October 25, 2021, the following Health permit and license applications must be submitted in the new Momentum system.
o Public swimming pool/spa licenses
o Pool operator licenses
o Scavenger company and vehicle licenses
o Agricultural well certifications
o Open burn permits
o Food service facility permits/farmers market/mobile unit/temporary food service/vending machine
o Food service manager certification & training
o Percolation test
o Percolation test contractor
o Sewage contractor
o Bay Restoration Funds applications
If your application or renewal is not received by October 12, 2021, you must wait until October 25, 2021 to submit.
