Prince George's County: Subscribe MyPGC

Dear Landlords and Owners;

As a way to ease eviction tensions faced by landlords and tenants in Prince George’s County, the Office of Community Relations (OCR) and the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) have developed a multi-pronged approach that aids in rental/utility relief by connecting community members with solution based resources.

As of 9:00 AM today, Friday, September 17th, 2021 the Prince George’s County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) Hotline has gone live. The Hotline is open Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The telephone number for the ERAP Hotline is 301-883-6504; press #9 to access ERAP. Seven ERAP Hotline staffers will be available to answer questions regarding the status of an application, make appointments so that constituents can schedule appointments with the Field Intake Representatives (FIR), and assist constituents with information as it relates to completing the ERAP application.

Additionally, OCR and DHCD will host its first Emergency Rental Assistance Program Resource Fair on Saturday, September 18th 2021 at Suitland High School (5200 Silver Hill Road, District Heights, MD 20747) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Resource Fairs will provide one on one consultation to aid in successful ERAP application submission. In order to accommodate residents and encourage participation, Fairs will be held both on-site and virtually, in the North, Central and Southern portions of the County at varying times.
