Thank you to the Sustainability Division team, including drainage investigators who have continued to investigate, assess and advise residents on the source of drainage problems and means to cure such problems.  Our investigators have been consistently responding to requests for assistance with yard and house flooding during the pandemic.  Despite an exceptionally rainy summer in 2020, staff have maintained timely responses to residents’ requests for help with determining the source of drainage problems and for advice on how to protect their homes and yards from flooding.
