Beginning of a New Era On Monday, December 3, 2018, we will swear in the new County Executive and County Council members. You can  watch the ceremony live or on replay at our YouTube Channel. Translation services will be provided in Spanish, French and sign-language at the venue. When: Monday, December 3 @ 10 AM. Doors open 8:30 AM Where: The Show Place Arena
