Have you had a retail energy supplier in the past, but later decided to go back to the local utility company for your gas and electricity supply? If you no longer want to be contacted by retail energy suppliers for offers in the future, just call your local utility company and ask to be put on the “Do Not Transfer List.” Once you are on the “Do Not Transfer List,” retail energy suppliers are no longer allowed to contact you by any means. If you are contacted, you can file a complaint against the company with the Public Service Commission.
