PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT
Firefighter/ALS Positions
We are looking for skilled Firefighter/ALS clinicians to augment our full time staff in the 2020 season. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age and meet the following requirements at the time of application:
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Possess a valid Maryland or National Registry Paramedic license, Maryland CRT license or National Registry EMT-Intermediate license. Successful candidates must obtain Maryland license or certification within 30 days of employment.
3. Maryland Firefighter 1 certification, National Pro-Board Firefighter 1 certification or equivalent at the time of application.
4. Valid driver’s license at the time of application with 2 years driving experience and a satisfactory driving record.
5. One year of validated experience in driving and operating an emergency vehicle in the emergency mode is preferred.
6. Current BLS Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification.
Successful applicants are subject to a criminal background check and a post-offer drug test.
