The best way for parents and guardians to ask questions or request help with a Child Care Scholarship is to use the Child Care Scholarship Customer Inquiry form. The form is available at inquiry.money4childcare.com.
For additional help, parents can contact a Family Resource Specialist by calling 1.877.227.0125 8:30 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday EST.

If you do not receive a response from your submitted inquiry form within three business days, please email MSDE Extended Hours Customer Service at CCSReview@maryland.gov.
