Maryland Family Network (MFN) is pleased to announce two opportunities for trainers or those interested in becoming trainers!
The Advanced Training of Trainers provides an opportunity for experienced trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge of training techniques.
The next series is scheduled for February 18 and 19, 2022 – this series will be conducted virtually utilizing the Zoom platform.

For those interested in becoming an approved trainer by MSDE for the child care community, one of the requirements is to complete a training of trainers specific to adult learning. MFN is pleased to offer the Responsive Training Symposium (more informally known as the Training of Trainers or TOT) to support the expansion of skilled trainers throughout Maryland for the early care and education community. This 3-module (split into 6 sessions) series covers a wide range of knowledge and skills necessary to become a skilled trainer. The next series is scheduled to begin March 3, 2022 and is open for registration.

MSDE Announces Second Round of Child Care Stabilization Grant Applications
The application is closed and payments are being processed.
In this round of funding, all eligible providers will receive a base grant of $10,000 and eligible providers will receive additional funds, per licensed child care slot based on criteria outlined in the Child Care Stabilization Grant guidelines.
