The Maryland State Department of Education's Division of Early Childhood will observe “Parents Day” on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, as part of the National Education Association’s 97th annual American Education Week celebration taking place November 12 to 16.

The Judy Centers have a New Name: The Judy Center Early Learning Hubs |
Allegany County Judy Center Partnership Produces Stress Busters Fair
The Stress Busters Fair, a joint partnership among the Allegany College of Maryland Human Service Program, the Allegany County Health Department, Beall and South Penn elementary schools, and the Allegany County Judy Center, was selected for the 2018 National Bernie Ronan Award for student advocacy projects from the Democracy Commitment.
The Human Service Program students, who organized the fair, received a $1,000 award that they donated to Judy Center programs. Watch the video.
