LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES - click on "Your business may be eligible for the Montgomery County Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) " to see if your business meets our LSBRP requirements. If so, apply to the LSBRP and gain access to the 25% of eligible procurement dollars reserved for LSBRP-certified firms.

Wage Requirements Law Update
The Wage Requirements Law rate for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 is $18.15 per hour. The new Wage Requirements Law rate that will go into effect on July 1, 2026 is $18.55 per hour.
