Montgomery County to Announce Lease with Silver Branch Brewing and Mosaic Pizza for Wheaton Headquarters Building at 2425 Reedie Drive
Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and County Council President Natali Fani-González will join representatives from Silver Branch Brewing Company and Mosaic Pizza to announce the finalized lease agreement to bring the popular brewery and family‑friendly restaurant to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M‑NCPPC) Wheaton Headquarters Building.
The County Department of General Services (DGS) leases approximately 177,031 square feet of space from M-NCPPC at the Wheaton Headquarters building, including a total of 11,890 square feet reserved for retail.
This marks the first retail tenant in the building and a major step in expanding dining and entertainment offerings in downtown Wheaton.

DETAILS: Silver Branch Brewing Company and Mosaic Pizza will occupy approximately 8,589 square feet of indoor space, along with up to 600 square feet of outdoor dining. Their arrival supports the County’s vision for a dynamic, mixed‑use Wheaton Town Square with expanded daytime and nighttime activity. The surrounding community is also invited to this community open house.
County Executive Elrich, Council President Fani-González, and Silver Branch leadership will provide remarks, followed by an opportunity for media questions and visuals at the future retail space. The surrounding community is also invited to this community open house.
