FY27 Coordinated Community Supports Partnership (CSP) Grant Program: (Request for Applications published November 20, 2025 and application closes Tuesday January 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM): The Montgomery County Local Behavioral Health Authority, a division of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Office of Grants Management (OGM) are soliciting applications to be included as partners in the County’s grant application to the Maryland FY 2027 Coordinated Community Supports Partnership (CSP) grant program from qualified individuals and organizations.
Current Consortium grantees providing services in Montgomery County were awarded a total of $8,864,762 for FY26. Pending approval of the state budget next spring, approximately the same amount is expected to be available for the total award to the County plus funds for the LBHA to administer the awards. Previous awards ranged from $50,000 to $3.5 million. The average award amount during the last round of service provider grants was approximately $750,000. All grant awards are contingent on the review and acceptance of the Montgomery County application to the State of Maryland’s CHRC grant program.
Why an RFA and not a NOFO? Since Montgomery County is soliciting potential partners for our application to the State of Maryland for these grant funds, a Request For Applications (RFA) is more appropriate than a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) given that funding has not yet been confirmed. Structurally, an RFA and NOFO have little difference besides the expected, instead of confirmed, availability of funding.
Key Program Dates:
-
