Child Care Support Services - Serving Montgomery Countys early childhood community

The Montgomery County ECE Facility Loan Program is an initiative that will help child care providers expand and improve services to families across Montgomery County and ensure that children across the county have access to safe, high-quality learning environments. Priority will be given to programs expanding seats for infants and toddlers in high needs areas identified from our FY25 Supply and Demand Study.

Zero percent interest and forgivable loans available
Priority for expanding infant & toddler seats
Open to family and center-based programs
