Child Care Support Services is committed to providing high-quality professional development opportunities for child care educators across Montgomery County.
Starting December 1, 2025, we will introduce a new fee structure for our professional development opportunities.
Virtual and In-Person Training Sessions
💻 Virtual and 📍 in-person sessions: $5 per hour
Onsite Training Sessions
(minimum of 10 participants):

$65/hour – Programs in Title 1 catchment (regardless of group size)

$120/hour – Groups up to 40

$145/hour – Groups 41–75

$175/hour – Groups 76–100
-
$200/hour – Groups 101+
This will help us continue meeting the needs of the early childhood community, expand resources for educators, and maintain and enhance the quality of our professional development services by delivering engaging, relevant, and accessible trainings—ultimately empowering educators and enriching learning experiences for young children.
