Wage Requirements Law Update

The current Wage Requirements Law rate is $17.60 per hour through June 30, 2025.

The new Wage Requirements Law rate that will go into effect July 1, 2025 is $18.15 per hour.

Montgomery County Office of Procurement Launched Veteran Business Preference Program

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement launched a Veteran Business Preference Program (VBPP) on Jan. 2, as part of the Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP).

New Vendor Database Launched on Sept. 2.

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement and Department of Finance launched a new vendor registration system on Monday, Sept. 2. The Montgomery County Vendor Registration System (CVRS) is the one-stop registration system for anyone who is interested in doing business with or receiving payments from the County.

If so, apply to the LSBRP and gain access to the 25% of eligible procurement dollars reserved for LSBRP-certified firms.
