The Office of Grants Management (OGM) is transitioning from SM Apply to Euna Grants (formerly eCivis) as our grant application and award management platform. As part of this transition stakeholders will need to complete two action items, one of which is very urgent:
-
By Friday February 21, 2025, download and archive all past applications from SM Apply at https://mcmdgrants.smapply.org/ . Downloading an application will also download all awards, reports, and other information tied to that application. This task is urgent as the Montgomery County SM Apply page and data will no longer be accessible on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
- Set up a new Euna Grants profile at https://portal.ecivis.com/#/login . This task is less urgent as you only need a profile when you apply for a competitive grant program.
Transition Training Video
To ease this transition, OGM has recorded an on-demand 25-minute Grant Platform Transition training video on how to perform these two tasks. Stakeholders should also download the slide deck from the training video (LINK CORRECTED) with many useful hyperlinks. Each task should at most take 10-15 minutes each to complete.
Transition Office Hours Schedule
In addition, OGM is holding hybrid office hours with staff available to help stakeholders navigate these tasks. Clicking the specific date and time below will bring you to the MS Teams live meeting for that office hour. Stakeholders who wish to attend an office hour in person may come to the Executive Office Building 6th floor conference room at 101 Monroe Street Rockville MD, 20850. Bring your laptops so we can walk you through the download and registration process. Also, please try to watch the 25-minute Grants Platform Transition training video before attending an office hour.
