New Vendor Database Launched on Sept. 2.

The Montgomery County Office of Procurement and Department of Finance launched a new vendor registration system on Monday, Sept. 2. The Montgomery County Vendor Registration System (CVRS) is the one-stop registration system for anyone who is interested in doing business with or receiving payments from the County. The new CVRS will replace the current system and will be used to register businesses and individuals who receive payments for providing services to the County or recipients of grants and other forms of payment.

Disparity Study Results Public Meeting Thursday, November 14, 2024 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Executive Office Building Auditorium  101 Monroe Street  Rockville, MD 20850 Montgomery County commissioned a Disparity Study of the Minority, Female and Disabled-Owned Business Program (MFD). The study was conducted by MGT Consulting. The Disparity Study examines the procurement process and determines if there are disparities among minority or female-owned businesses.   MGT Consulting will present their findings and recommendations. LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES - click on "Your business may be eligible for the Montgomery County Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP) " to see if your business meets our LSBRP requirements. If so, apply to the LSBRP and gain access to the 25% of eligible procurement dollars reserved for LSBRP-certified firms.

To be considered for participation in the MFD subcontracting program, a firm must be certified by one of the five agencies:
