The Wage Requirements Law rate will increase to $16.00 for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
Attention Design Build Vendors!
In the near future, the Department of Environmental Protection expects to issue an RFP for “Impervious Acre Credits” to obtain the services of one or more Design-Build contractors. The format of the RFP will be for a Pay-for-Performance contract, wherein the contractor will design, permit and build stormwater restoration projects and deliver them to the County for a single payment provided at contract completion. ***COVID-19 Requirements for Vendors***
Effective December 20, 2021, Contractors must require personnel who have been assigned on-site to a County facility prior to December 20, 2021, and who are not fully vaccinated, to be tested weekly.
Effective December 20, 2021, any contractor personnel newly-assigned to a County
department, on or after December 20th, is required to be fully vaccinated plus 14 days

New Certification Added to MFD Program
Effective October 1, 2021, The Office of Procurement will add the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), “Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business” certification as Disabled. This certification will be added to the Minority, Female and Disabled (MFD) owned business program. View the press release.
