Elrich to Launch Business Connect Program in Silver Spring and Announce New Business Support Tools at Libraries

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will launch the Business Connect program in Silver Spring. In addition, Elrich will announce two new business support tools that are now available at libraries; he will share the latest on the Local Business Preference Program legislation; and, he will tout the 4Business Climate Survey.
