Montgomery County Council Votes to Revise Landlord-Tenant Law

The Montgomery County Council unanimously voted to amend Bill 19-15 in an effort to reform the County’s landlord-tenant laws on November 29. The bill aims to enhance the rights of tenants and improve the quality of rental housing through increased inspections.
