David Sanborn and the Sanborn Electric Band will headline the 13th Annual Silver Spring Jazz Festival on Saturday, September 10 from 3 to 10 p.m., in Downtown Silver Spring on Veterans Plaza at Fenton Street and Ellsworth Drive.
